Two routines to start with

A back stretch and an active workout, filmed and ready to run. Change them, or build your own from nothing.

Built for the middle of a set

Everything on the running screen is there to be read from two metres away, on the floor, out of breath.

A countdown you can read across the room

One number, as large as the screen allows. The exercise plays in a band above it while you copy it, and the bar along the bottom shows every round, step and rest at once.

Your own voice

Record a note for any step and hear it when that step arrives. Where you have not recorded one, the phone reads out the step’s name just after it begins.

It works with the screen off

The cues sound with the phone locked and in your pocket, and they sound through the silent switch — a timer that goes quiet when you need it is not a timer.

Nothing leaves the phone

No account, no sign-in, no analytics. The app has no network permission at all, so it could not send anything anywhere even if it were asked to.

Six colour themes

The original gold, plus Aquatic, Nature, Candy, Energy and Lagoon. Chosen in the settings, applied everywhere the app draws — the running screen included. Every one is measured for contrast, so the countdown reads the same in pink as it does in gold.
